We are a Netherlands company that uses a local warehouse in North Brabant to facilitate quick local deliveries. Our team will be happy to answer any queries you may have.

Our warehouse operates from:
Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm

You can pay via credit card or direct bank transfer. If you’re paying via bank transfer, please use your order number as the reference number and your order will be despatched upon receipt of the funds.

If payment is not received within 7 days, the order will be automatically cancelled.

Yes, we maintain PCI compliant servers and use PayPal Pro who run the latest in security and fraud prevention technologies to ensure your payment is safe and secure. Just look for the padlock in the address bar which means the website is running a secure encryption. You can always click on the padlock to view the ‘security certificate’ information.

Our final pick of the day is 12pm (noon) Monday to Friday.

We will do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Depending on your shipping method delivery can take between 2 – 10 working days, subject to unforeseen delays.

Please note that you are responsible for ensuring that the products can be imported into your country.

Our warehouse is operating as normal however there could be some delays. Should your order be delayed, contact our Customer Service Team at [email protected].

Currently, we ship only to some European countries. If your country does not come up in the shipping destination, please contact our customer service team at [email protected].

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned, unused, and with the original product packaging intact in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (incorrect or defective item). Please see our returns policy for full details.
