PRACTITIONER CLIENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

In addition to the General Terms and Conditions set out on the General Terms and Conditions page, Practitioner Clients are also bound by the following specific terms and conditions.

PRACTITIONER CLIENTS USING YOUR PRACTITIONERS CODE

You are welcome to create an account with Functional Self using your practitioner’s unique code to gain access to practitioner only supplements. When you do so, you warrant that you have agreed the purchases with your practitioner prior to placing the order and that your practitioner is taking responsibility for oversight of your protocol, dosage, use and of the product ordered.
